Return And Refund Policy

At Dupluxe, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

A. 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging

Please note: Items marked as “Final Sale” or clearance are not eligible for return or refund.

B. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@dupluxe.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions for returning your item.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

C. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@dupluxe.shop. Our support team will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

D. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for the following:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect products
  • Wrong sizes

E. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

F. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.

G. Discount Policy

All discount codes must be applied at checkout. Refunds cannot be provided for discount codes that were not used during purchase.
